Peak season: $5,000 per week

  • Easter / Blues Festival 2013: $5,000 for 9 nights, March 28 – April 6
  • Splendour in the Grass 2012: $5,000 for 7 nights, July 24-31

High Summer: $3,500 per week

  • Summer school holidays

High other: $2,800 per week

  • All other school holidays

Low season: $2,200 per week

  • All other periods

**SPLENDOUR IN THE GRASS 2012** $5,000 for 7 nights, July 24 – 31

  • 7 nights over Splendour in the Grass, including early check-in and late check-out (*subject to availability)
  • Pick-up from house to Splendour and back again booked for all 3 days with Bangalow Limousines (*extra fee applies)

Long Weekend (low): $1,000 per 3 nights, Friday – Monday

  • Three nights including early check-in and late check-out (*subject to availability)

Extra Long Weekend (low): $1,250 per 4 nights, Thursday – Monday

  • Four nights including early check-in and late check-out (*subject to availability)

the finer print

There is to be no more than ten guests sleeping on premise at any one time. Linen can be supplied upon request. Check in is 2pm unless arranged otherwise. Check out is 10am unless arranged otherwise. 50% of the total rate will be required at the time of booking. The balance of the total rate, in addition to a $1,000 bond, will be required prior to arrival date. The $1,000 bond amount will be refunded within two days after departure. The owner reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Booking cancellations with less than four weeks notice may incur a 50% booking fee pending a replacement booking. The owner reserves their right to cancel any booking within 30 days of the occupation date of which a full refund will be provided. The owner reserves their right to cancel any booking with no refund to be provided if the property is sublet without the owner’s permission. The property is not be used for weddings/receptions/parties under any circumstances. In addition if any more than 20 people are on the property at one time this will be deemed in breach of the rental contract and the landlord has the right to take back the property.
